What It Can Do
Paintball Vault AI is an assistant that knows Paintball Vault. Ask it in your own words:
- How things work. It answers from this help center, so it can walk you through listing gear, setting up shipping, getting paid, notifications and more, and link you to the right article.
- Your orders. It can look up your orders and their tracking.
- Your offers. It can help you make or counter an offer, and always asks you to confirm before anything is sent.
- Your messages. It can find and summarize your own conversations.
- Finding gear and prices. It can search listings and check the price guide for what gear sells for.
- Photos. Attach a photo of gear and ask what it is or what it's worth.
Opening Paintball Vault AI
Paintball Vault AI is rolling out to members. Once it's available to you, open it from:
- AI in the top bar
- Ask Paintball Vault AI in this help center
- The Need a hand? card in your Conversations, or the Who answers switch in your Paintball Vault thread
Getting A Person Instead
The assistant brings in the team when it can't help, or whenever you ask for a person. In your Paintball Vault conversation, switch Who answers to The team and a member of the Paintball Vault team will reply, usually within a day. You can always contact us directly too.
Good To Know
- Answers can be wrong. For anything involving money, deadlines or policy, check the linked help article.
- It can only see your own orders, offers and messages, and only while you're signed in.
- Usage limits apply, so very long sessions may be paused for a while.
